Introduction & acceptance
These terms form a binding agreement between you (“the customer”, “you”) and the operator of this store (“we”, “us”, “our”). They apply to every visit to the store and to every order you place, alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the store or place an order. We may ask you to confirm your acceptance again where the terms change materially.
Definitions
In these terms, the following words have the following meanings:
- Store
- This website and any related ordering, checkout and account functionality.
- Products
- Any digital or physical goods listed for sale in the store, including bundles.
- Order
- Your offer to purchase one or more products at the prices shown at checkout.
- Contract
- The agreement formed when we confirm acceptance of your order, as described below.
Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into this contract.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your authorisation.
Orders & contract formation
Product listings are an invitation to treat, not an offer. Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation; until then we may decline or cancel an order, for example where an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error.
- An order acknowledgement email confirms receipt, not acceptance.
- We may limit or refuse quantities ordered by any customer.
- Where we cannot accept an order, any payment taken is refunded in full.
Prices & payment
Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and include VAT where applicable. Shipping charges and any duties are calculated and displayed before you confirm payment. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment provider over an encrypted connection. We do not store full card details. If a payment is declined we may cancel the related order.
Shipping & delivery
Estimated delivery times are indicative and begin once an order is dispatched. Risk in physical goods passes to you on delivery; title passes once payment is received in full. Where a delivery is delayed beyond a reasonable period, please contact us so we can investigate.
Full details, carriers and current timeframes are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy.
Returns, refunds & cancellation
Consumers in the EU and UK have the right to withdraw from a purchase of physical goods within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions below. Returned goods should be unused and in their original condition.
Exceptions
- Personalised or made-to-order items.
- Sealed goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons.
- Digital products where you have agreed that supply begins immediately (see below).
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. See our Returns & Refunds policy for how to start a return.
Digital products & licence
Digital products are licensed, not sold. On payment you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own personal or commercial projects, subject to the licence terms supplied with the product.
For digital products you expressly agree that supply begins immediately on purchase and you acknowledge that you thereby lose the statutory right of withdrawal once the download has started.
Intellectual property
All content in the store - text, imagery, layout, code and trademarks - is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, redistribute or create derivative works from it except as expressly permitted by these terms or the applicable product licence.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from events outside our reasonable control.
Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which we are established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live. The courts of that country have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
EU consumers may also submit a dispute to the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform or to the relevant national alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body. We will tell you if we agree to use a particular ADR provider.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in the law or in how we operate. The version that applies to your order is the one in force when the order is confirmed. Material changes will be flagged on this page, and the version number and date above will be updated.
